"It's a process, you know, more than the result I always say that it's the process that's more important than the result. It's a question that gets asked every time in a press conference so there's nothing new about it - what's important for us is to take the team forward, give them the right kind of guidance so that they get the right kind of exposure to do well outside of India. Of course it will always be a challenge for them, but the more games they play and the more they improve, the equation will get much and much better for us so it's a constant process."
