Intro:
Players reactions after the third round of the U.S. Women's Open at Pinehurst No. 2 in Pinehurst, North Carolina on Saturday (June 21st).
Script:
SOUNDBITE (English): Michelle Wie, two-over for the day, two-under for the tournament:
"Yeah, for sure, a lot of positives. I hit a lot of great shots today. I made a lot of good putts today, too. I hit every putt perfectly, with perfect speed, just misread a couple on the back nine. But I'm happy. And I'm happy that I have a chance. I'm happy that I'm in contention. I'm just really grateful for another opportunity to get a Major championship."
SOUNDBITE (English): Amy Yang, two-under for the day, two-under for the tournament:
"I'm very happy about it. I played really solid. My shots were better the last two days, and I had really good speed on the greens. Just very good today."
SOUNDBITE (English): Julie Inkster, four-under for the day, two-over for the tournament:
"It's great. It never gets old. It's nice, especially when you're playing well. I felt that right out of the hopper on one. It was good. I had a really good round today. Yesterday I didn't play very well. I could have lost it. But I kept it together and managed to get in. And today I came out and played really well."
