"Well, this is three races out now from the Tour de France, so this is sort of where it all. . . the classics have just finished in Europe, and this is where all the Tour de France preparation begins in terms of seeing who is in the form, who is likely to be in the form for the Tour de France. This is kind of an important period now in the build up to that."
