International Olympic Committee (IOC) President Thomas Bach and United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon signed an historic agreement Monday (28 April) aimed at strengthening collaboration between the two organisations at the highest level.

We are very much interested in partnerships with other institutions, foundations, NGOs to cooperate in global development especially in the areas of health, education, equality and inclusion, sustainalbe production and consumption and most imprtantly of course, peace."
