-
Intro:
Former Pakistan captain Salman Butt criticised Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Najam Sethi for giving bowler Mohammad Amir 'preferential treatment' on Saturday. Butt, Amir and another Pakistan team-mate, Mohammad Asif, were jailed and banned for spot-fixing in a Test against England at Lord's in 2010. Amir, now 21, is still serving a five-year ban but has been supported by the PCB, which has allowed him to train at its national academy.

SOUNDBITE: (Urdu) Salman Butt, former captain, Pakistan cricket team:
"I wish what Najam Sethi (PCB chairman) is doing for Amir, he should also do for other banned players. Pakistan does need Amir and I wish him all the best but I think other players should also get similar treatment."
