"Well, I think we have some issues with the construction timelines now, there are quite a lot of venues to be built as well as transport infrastructure and hotel accommodation, so it's quite wide-ranging. But we're now in a position where the stress is really on, there's absolutely not a day to lose, and we're in that critical period where we've really got to all pull together and deliver this Games, because otherwise it will become at risk."
