With sports federations demanding a "Plan B" because of the chronic delays in Rio de Janeiro, the International Olympic Committee said Wednesday it was "premature" to speculate about taking the 2016 Games away from Brazil.

At this stage, that would be far too premature. We are talking about measures. We still believe, very strongly, that good Games can be delivered. Were talking to them about that. We're talking about a number of measures that can be done to help them deliver those Games.

As I say, you can have more details of those tomorrow. But we still are working on the plans that will deliver good Games. Time is tight, but we really believe that they can be delivered in Rio, and they can be really good Games.
