    Script:

Oscar Pistorius arrived at Pretoria High Court on Tuesday to face day 15 of his murder trial.

Police captain Francois Moller continued providing evidence on text messages from both Pistorius and Reeva Steenkamp's mobile phones.

On Monday, Moller told the court that the couple had shared a total of 1709 messages.

He revealed that he believed 90% of those messages were loving, but he did pick out exceptions.

On Tuesday, Defence lawyer Barry Roux argued that there was disagreement between the couple but it was resolved quickly.

    UPSOUND from Court room:

Captain Moller replies to question from Defense, Barry Roux about cell phone messages and replies in English "She replies at 18.44 also with five kisses".

Lawyer Barry Roux states "And then one saying "baby".following that".

Captain Moller says "That's correct at 19.01 she sends him the message "baby".

Barry Roux says "So there was a disagreement and unhappiness but if you look at the emails it was resolved very quickly".

The prosecution later closed their case and the defence asked for time to approach some of the 107 state witnesses who did not take the stand.

Prosecutor Gerrie Nel declared: "this is the state's case," setting the stage for the defence to start its arguments when court resumes on Friday.

Defence lawyer Brian Webber says that it's likely Pistorius will take the stand, but he did not say when the athlete would testify.
