"You guys, my focus is really on our team. In the end I know there's speculation about Phil coming and again, I've said all along, I think Phil is a great basketball person. He's done a lot of wonderful things in our league and I've got a lot of respect for Phil. But my focus is right now on this team. We've got 18 games left and every game is important in terms of us climbing up and seeing if we can secure that 8th spot. That's where my focus is going to remain."
