Jordanian rising squash player Ahmad Alsaraj is hoping to launch his professional career after his breakthrough success by winning the under-19 British Open last month.
A new nationality was sure to be engraved on the Boys Under-19 British Junior Open, as Jordan's Ahmad Alsaraj stunned Peruvian Diego Elias in the final last month to become the first-ever Jordanian to win the cup.
British Junior Open is considered the second most prestigious Junior Open squash championship in the calendar, after the World Junior Squash

"When I decided to go to this event (British Open) I postponed my school exams, I went there not thinking about losing at all, in my preparations I was only think about winning not losing at all. I didn't miss a single training session, I took everything very seriously so when the time for the matches arrives, I'd have done everything I could."
