Unbeaten so far, Canada's women's hockey team look ahead to facing either Russia or Switzerland in their semi-final match at the Winter Olympics in Sochi.

"Well I think that we can be proud about what we've accomplished so far but we know that there is so much work ahead and it's going to get tougher and tougher. Whoever we face in the semi-final is going to be better so we have to be better and we want to make it to that final game for the chance to win Olympic gold. It's about just focussing on the next game, getting the rest that we can right now. Tomorrow we are getting back on the ice. We still have some things to get better at. There are some things we need to review from our game against the US and we have to be ready for the team that we are going to play in the semi-final.
