"It's been great. When we formed this team, I think it's about 16 months ago now, we knew we had something special right off the hop just because we did (have the same attitudes). I'm coming in with three family members. These guys are basically like three brothers and for me, I felt like I fitted in right away and we're all pretty much the same personality. We take things pretty lightly and we have a lot of fun along the way. So right from the start we knew we had something special here and it just sort of escalated from there to the point where we are now and we couldn't be more ecstatic about it."
