    Script:

World number one Lee Chong Wei of Malaysia took on third seeded Jan Jorgensen of Denmark in the men's singles semi-final of the BWF Super Series Malaysia Open in Kuala Lumpur.

After slipping to 1-5 early on, Lee gained his rhythm and confidence as he took control of the rallies and send the Dane on to the floor with a neat forehand flick to lead 14-10.

Lee dominated and won the first game 21-13. In the second, he engaged Jorgensen in a long rally with superb defensive play before winning the point with a brilliant recovery shot.

Jorgensen seemed to have pulled his muscle and soon retired to concede the match.

Lee will play Tommy Sugiarto of Indonesia, who made quick work of Kenichi Tago of Japan. Sugiarto won the first game 21-13 and was trailing 11-16 in the second before he pulled level and then led with a powerful down-the-line smash.

He closed out with a cross court drop shot and won in straight games 21-13, 21-18.

In the women's singles, number two seed Wang Shixian of China took on Bae Yeon Ju of South Korea.

Wang took the first game comfortably at 21-9.

She was pushed in the second as Bae showed a bit of aggression.

The Chinese former world number one would close out when Bae could only net a backhand. Wang will play world number one and compatriot Li Xuerui in the final.

In a thrilling men's doubles semi-final, local hope Goh Shem and Lim Khim Wah beat Angga Pratama and Ryan Agung Saputra of Indonesia in three tough games.

They will play unseeded Chinese pair of Chai Biao and Hong Wei in the final.

In the mixed doubles action, China's fourth seeded pair of Xu Chen and Ma Jin beat Tontowi Ahmad and Liliyana Natsir of Indonesia in two straight games.

They play third seeds Joachim Fischer Nielsen and Christinna Peddersen of Denmark in the final.
