The Managing Director of the FIFA World Cup Office in Brazil, Ron DelMont said last Tuesday that the Arena da Baixada in Curitiba is the most severely delayed 2014 World Cup stadium. The venue is due to host four matches during the tournament, including Australia v Spain in Group B on 23 June.

"I think the one that's probably lagging behind and it's no secret is Curitiba, in terms of their delivery so Curitiba we have to focus on quite a bit to make sure that they deliver the stadium and have the test event."
