South Korea made their return to the top tier of the Asian 5 Nations rugby series with an opening match away to Hong Kong.
Hong Kong who opened their 2012 campaign last week, with a win over the UAE, took an early 3-0 lead.
The South Koreans replied in the eighth minute when Kim Nam-wook powered his way through midfield for the try - giving South Korea a 7-3 lead after a successful conversion.
The Koreans added another try just before half-time.

South Korea went into half-time with a 14-6 lead.
After the restart, Hong Kong clawed their way back, before levelling in the 58th minute.
Thomas Bolland forced his way across as the hosts scored their first try of the match - they then took a 16-14 lead after a Jamie Hood conversion.
After adding another penalty, Hong Kong appeared to be on their way to victory.
But in the dying moments, Park Noh-hoon danced his way through the defence and scored to level the match at 19-19.
Kim Won-yong then sent over the critical conversion to give South Korea a 21-19 lead.
Hong Kong had a final opportunity with just seconds remaining, but their hopes were dashed as Alex McQueen knocked on and the final whistle blew.
A triumphant return to the top tier for South Korea as they dealt Hong Kong a first defeat of the 2012 Asian 5 Nations. It finished 21-19.
