Ronaldinho appeared to be having the time of his life in the video

Ronaldinho - who has recovered from coronavirus - plans to release eight songs in 2021.

He has also managed to steal the show in the music video for Tropa do Bruxo's latest single.

World Cup winner Ronaldinho even dug out one of his iconic Kangol hats for the occasion.

In the video, he is coolly sat at a poker table while a lady twerks next to him.

The 40-year-old is then seen dancing next to the pool while surrounded by women.

At the end of the video, Ronaldinho jumps on top of six of the bikini-clad ladies.

Ronaldinho made his love for music known when he released a song in 2016.

The Barcelona legend created an anthem for the athletes at the Paralympics in Rio.

In 2017, he launched his first single called Sozinho - which translates to 'alone'.

Ronaldinho made a song about politics in 2019 just months after his cars were seized.

During an interview with Globo, Ronaldinho claimed he always been a lover of music.

He added: "I've always enjoyed R&B, rap, hip hop, and trap has grown a lot in recent years.

"It's a different beat that in Brazil became a thing of young people, a genre that has fewer rules, that uses social networks and platforms to its advantage."

When asked about his long-term goals with music, he said: "If I dream, I would like my music to touch people's hearts.

"The union of music with feeling is my joy. I turn my everyday moments into music and that's what I want to go through.

"Being in a samba circle or in the trap mood helps me to let things flow."

He described music as his 'passion' as he outlined his plans to release eight songs.

He said: "Music is my passion and being in that environment is what matters to me.

"And we still have 8 releases of the project, we are taking care of everything with great affection."

Ronaldinho refused to answer whether his time in prison inspired his decision to make music.

He was thrown behind bars for allegedly trying to enter Paraguay with forged documentation.

But the 40-year-old was released from prison after just 32 days of what was meant to be a six-month sentence.
