David Beckham displayed a dramatic new look on Instagram on Friday.

The 45-year-old former Manchester United, Real Madrid, La Galaxy and PSG midfielder has poked fun at his ever-changing looks in a Miami Vice sketch with fellow Brit James Corden.

Although it may only be a temporary appearance, his white suit and long blonde wig got his army of fans talking on social media after he released a clip that teased the bold image.

The sketch is in tribute to his role as co-owner of MLS side Inter Miami, who have endured a rotten start to life as a club with six consecutive defeats.

On Instagram, Robbie Keane said in response: “Brilliant.”

With the official Inter Miami account writing: “The drip is too much for us to handle.”

Beckham’s newest signing in Miami Blaise Matuidi was also quick to comment, posting three laughing faces as he prepares to link up with his former PSG team-mate.

Another follower wrote: “Hahahaha can’t wait to watch this!!”

Corden, who has hosted The Late Late Show with James Corden since 2015, has formed a close friendship with Beckham over the years, and they frequently appear in sketches together on US tv.

The former England captain admitted last year that he still laughs at one prank in particular, in which he was shown a rather unflattering statue of himself that was due to be unveiled at LA Galaxy.

He wrote: “Still laughing totally pranked by James Corden, never trust a mate.”

Beckham said earlier this month in regards to the poor form of his team: “Sometimes the road is long and you need to take a breather.

“Manchester United, Real Madrid, La Liga and the Premiership wasn’t built in a day.

“Teams , players and clubs need time to flourish but when they do, all the hard times seem so distant.

“It’s important to take time to reflect on what we have achieved so far. I’m proud of my team, our club and the amazing fans that we have... Patience is a virtue.”
