Lincoln could hand a debut to new signing Alan Sheehan when they entertain Sky Bet League One rivals Burton on Saturday.
The defender joined on a free transfer earlier in the week following his release by Luton and he could go straight into the Imps’ struggling side.
Fellow defender Jason Shackell will not be considered for selection as he nears an exit from the LNER Stadium, while Tayo Edun will serve a one-match ban.
Manager Michael Appleton is also without forward Tyreece John-Jules, who is back at Arsenal after a broken foot ended both his loan spell and his season.
Brewers boss Nigel Clough looks set to be without two of his loanees for the trip.
Richard Narty is back at parent club Chelsea undergoing treatment on a calf injury so definitely misses out.
Conor Shaughnessy is also struggling with a muscular problem, with the Leeds defender’s chances of being involved rated at 50/50 by Clough.
Jake Buxton was an unused substitute in Burton’s 1-1 draw with Peterborough last time out but has completely recovered from a rib injury and will be in contention.
