The 16-year-old midfielder has been tracked by the likes of Bayern Munich, Paris Saint Germain, Schalke and Ajax as he approaches the end of his youth contract at Stamford Bridge.

The Blues are keen to extend the teenager's stay beyond the end of the season, but they now face losing Iling-Junior for a small compensation fee.

Goal claim that both Schalke and Ajax have been sending scouts to academy games at Chelsea's Cobham training ground to target talent.

While Bayern have both had proven success in luring youth players from the Blues after they swooped for the double capture of Jamal Musiala and Bright Akwo Arrey-Mbi last summer.

Yet the Bundesliga champs did fail to convince Callum Hudson-Odoi, who Iling-Junior has been likened to, to snub a new deal at Chelsea.

PSG meanwhile are another option after they landed Frank Lampard's promising young goalkeeper Marcin Bulka last July.

Iling-Junior was part of the England’s Under-17s side that won the Syrenka Cup in Poland in September alongside Liverpool starlet Harvey Elliot and Chelsea target Jude Bellingham.

The winger may still stay in west London following the promotion of academy stars Reece James, Mason Mount, and Tammy Abraham this season.

However, a move abroad could become too appealing as England prodigies have become hot commodities in the continental market following Jadon Sancho’s success at Borussia Dortmund.
