Adama Traore's Gym Routine Shows How He Has Become So Shredded

Adama Traore's gym workout has been released online and it shows how he's managed to become so shredded.

Traore has lit up the Premier League this season for Wolves and his greatest attributes are his blistering pace and body strength.

It was evident against Manchester City on Friday night after he bullied Benjamin Mendy off the ball.

A video has now emerged showing the winger's gym routine and it's no wonder he's a physical marvel.

The above video shows the 23-year-old participating in a variety of endurance exercises throughout this season.

There is little work on the ball shown which indicates how important he feels pace and strength is to his game.

One comment on the video states Traore is 'Looking like a bodybuilder but moves like a ninja.'

No weights being used also backs up comments he made to Marca about not doing any form of weight training.

He told the Spanish publication back in 2018:

"I train every day with my physical coach, people ask if I do weights or on social media they ask if I take something or what I do, but I don't, it's just prevention and physical work, I don't do work to get muscle because I get muscle really quickly.

"No, I haven't lifted a single weight. I know people won't believe it, but it's true."

Despite his focus in the gym, it's clear to see Traore is starting to become a complete player.

Initially being written off in terms of quality on the ball, he's flourished this season and Wolves sit fifth in the Premier League.

Over 25 different players have been booked for fouling him this season and he's become a nightmare to defend against.

Goals and assists have started to as well, with four of each so far.

It's a testament to the man management of Nuno Esperito Santo who recently praised his player's motivation.

"This is the way to play football," Nuno said per expressandstar.com.

"You cannot take justice into your own hands. You have the judge on the pitch and that is the referee.

"This is the way we work and how we tell our players to be - trust the referee. We tell all our players, and we don't dive. It's as simple as that."

If he continues to improve, then there's no telling how successful Traore could be in his career.
