MARCUS RASHFORD has gone from skinny teenager to hulking "Anthony Joshua lookalike" in an amazing body transformation in the past few years.

Just two seasons ago it was revealed the England striker, now 22, was suffering from growing pains and was dealing with a back injury after shooting up.

Rashford's sudden growth spurt meant he sometimes couldn't travel to matches with his team-mates as he couldn't stomach the pain of sitting on a train.

Then-Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho kept the young striker's condition secret to protect him from bullying defenders.

But now England cricket star Jofra Archer has compared Rashford to Anthony Joshua - boxing's heavyweight champion of the world - after an incredible "glow-up".

Rashford posted an image of himself looking ripped on Instagram - with Archer replying: "Thought this was AJ for a second."

Even Ian Wright was left stunned at the transformation, as the Arsenal legend commented: "Man's ripped you know."

But they're not the only ones who've noticed a massive change in Rashford's physique.

The forward's current boss, Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, even went as far as to compare him to Cristiano Ronaldo.

When asked if he saw similarities between the two, Solskjaer claimed: "It's very easy to compare the two of them, yeah.

"Both with skills, body shape, attitude, attributes - everything. The boy has every chance in the world to become a top, top player.

"Let's hope he continues like this."

It's easy to see why Solskjaer wants him to keep up his current form, with the England star having scored ten goals in his last 11 appearances for United.

Rashford even scored in the crucial 2-1 win over Manchester City in the derby last weekend.
