Leaders Barrow thump Maidenhead

Barrow march on at the top of the Vanarama National League after thrashing Maidenhead 4-0 at York Road.
It only took the Bluebirds 12 minutes to score, Scott Quigley tapping home his 13th goal of the season from a clever Dior Angus pass.
Chris Dunn denied Barrow’s Josh Kay before Ryan Upward went close at the other end, Joel Dixon repelling the local midfielder.
Ten minutes before half-time, Dunn kept Quigley out with a fingertip save.
Barrow pushed further clear as Angus notched, via Quigley’s assist, in the 54th minute and it was 3-0 and game over when Patrick Brough found the bottom corner not long after the hour.
Olly Dyson sucked the life out of any hopes of a Maidenhead rally with Barrow’s fourth at the death.
