Cristiano Ronaldo Surprises U17 Portuguese Women's Team With A Classy Gesture

Despite having a reputation as an arrogant player with an oversized ego, Cristiano Ronaldo has proven on numerous occasions that deep down he has a heart of gold.

The Portuguese superstar has never forgotten where he comes from, and often provides support for upcoming players behind the scenes, frequently championing young Portuguese talents.

And nothing exemplifies this more than the Juventus forward's latest stunt.

After Portugal's U17 women's team reached the elite round of Euro 2020 qualification, Cristiano Ronaldo sent every player a new pair of boots and this letter:

"I realized my dream and I hope you can realize yours too. Pursue them without hesitation. If I did it, you can do it too. Congratulations on qualifying for the elite round. Stay focused and keep your eyes on the next victory.

"Good luck and enjoy these boots- Cristiano Ronaldo"
