Iorfa, Aarons and Lazaar in squad for Steve Bruce’s first home game in charge

Steve Bruce will give his three new signings a chance to impress in his first home game in charge of Sheffield Wednesday.
Deadline day buys Dominic Iorfa, Rolando Aarons and Achraf Lazaar have all been included in the squad to face Reading at Hillsborough.
Bruce has strong competition for places but will be without loanee Josh Onomah, who suffered a hamstring strain in last week’s win at Ipswich.
Owls striker Gary Hooper is nearing full fitness after a groin operation but is not expected to be ready for at least two more weeks.
Reading are without striker Nelson Oliveira following the horrific facial injuries he suffered in last week’s draw against Aston Villa.
Oliveira broke his nose in four places and required reconstructive surgery following his controversial clash with Villa defender Tyrone Mings.
Boss Jose Gomes may have to further shuffle his squad after a bout of sickness at the club training ground this week.
Garath McCleary and Ovie Ejaria have both been ill but Gomes hopes they will be ready to return to the matchday squad.
