Malcom to Tottenham?

Tottenham are considering a loan move for Barcelona flop Malcom as they sweat on Harry Kane's latest ankle injury.

Kane must wait until the swelling goes down before he can go for a scan to determine the extent of the problem.

But fears are growing he could have damaged ligaments which could put him out of action for at least three weeks.

Spurs are currently scouring the market for reinforcements up front and are ready to revive their interest in Nou Camp outcast Malcom.

The Brazilian, who can play anywhere in a front three, was on their radar last summer before he joined Barca from Bordeaux.

But his £36.5m transfer has not worked out and the Spanish giants are willing to let him go this month.

Malcom, 21, was even offered to Chelsea as part of a swap deal for Willian last week, alerting Spurs to his availability.

Arsenal agreement

Arsenal boss Unai Emery has personally secured an agreement with Denis Suarez, the Daily Mail claim.

Emery is eager to bring the Barcelona ace to the Emirates Stadium but talks between the two clubs have failed to progress.

Arsenal are limited to loan deals due to budgetary restrictions but Nou Camp bosses favour a permanent transfer because Suarez is out of contract at the end of next season.

Suarez is eager to quit Barcelona because of a lack of minutes on the pitch.

He has been limited to seven appearances in all competitions this term.

Suarez enjoyed a season-long loan deal at Sevilla under Emery's management in the 2014/15 campaign.

According to the Daily Mail, Emery and Suarez are so eager to be reunited that an agreement has been struck between the pair.

Arsenal and Barcelona could put an end to the impasse in negotiations by agreeing a loan deal with an obligatory permanent option at the end of the season.

Emery wants rid of Ozil

Unai Emery has offered Mesut Ozil to two clubs in a bid to free up funds for Yannick Carrasco.

Ozil has barely featured for Arsenal since the beginning of December and was left out of Saturday's 18-man squad for the defeat at West Ham.

Emery is eager to move the 30-year-old on because he does not suit the Spaniard's high-pressing system.

According to TuttoMercatoWeb, Emery got in touch with Juventus and Inter Milan about taking Ozil off his hands.

But the Italian publication claims the Serie A clubs have little interest in signing the German because of his sky-high wages.

Dabour close to Liverpool transfer

Liverpool are edging towards to signing Red Bull Salzburg striker Moanes Dabour, according to TransferMarketWeb.

It is claimed the Israeli international is getting 'closer and closer' to joining the Reds.

Liverpool are reportedly now weighing up whether to launch a €25m (£22m) bid for the 26-year-old.

Dabour has been linked with a switch away from Austria with Fulham, Leeds and Valencia all linked with the striker keen on a fresh challenge.

Ramsey to Juventus

Arsenal midfielder Aaron Ramsey will be a Juventus player next season after undergoing the first part of a medical.

That's according to La Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira.

Ramsey will be allowed to join the Serie A champions on a free transfer in the summer despite Juve's sporting director Fabio Paratici keen to secure him this month.

However, Schira claims the Gunners are only willing to let him go in January if they secure a fee of around £18m or receive Medhi Benatia in return.

"Done deal! Aaron #Ramsey has done the first part of medicial visits with #Juventus.", Schira tweeted.

"Paratici has tried to take him in this january, but #Arsenal wants for him €18-20M or #Benatia.

"From next summer Ramsey will be the #Juve's player and will sign 5-years contract. #transfers #AFC".

Chelsea's Paredes bid

Chelsea have reportedly made an opening £26.8m bid for Leandro Paredes after it has been revealed that personal terms had already been agreed.

Zenit St Petersburg midfielder Paredes has been identified as the man to replace Cesc Fabregas steps have already taken place to move him to London.

According to the Evening Standard, a bid of £26.8m has been made to get the ball rolling.

The Argentinean made the move for Roma for around £24m so this bid is not expected to be accepted straight away.

It comes after the news that Paredes had agreed personal terms with the Stamford Bridge outfit, according to Gazzetta dello Sport journalist Nicolo Schira.

Man Utd's Carrasco swoop

Manchester United are very interested in Yannick Carrasco and could sign the winger, his wife has revealed.

The 25-year-old surprisingly quit La Liga giants Atletico Madrid for the Chinese Super League.

But Carrasco's representatives have been sounding out potential suitors across Europe in recent times.

And Manchester United have recently emerged as one of the clubs who have been contacted, along with Arsenal.

And when quizzed specifically on United, Carrasco's wife Noemie Happart told Belgium TV station RBTF: "Yes, they're very interested.

"I don't hide it but nothing has been signed.

"Yannick likes China, but it's a very different culture and we are far away from our families and friends.

"We'll see what happens and how it unfolds, but it is possible we'll return to Europe."

Liverpool eye Forrest

Liverpool are weighing up an £8m move for Celtic winger James Forrest, report the Sun.

They claim Jurgen Klopp has been tracking the 27-year-old for several months and has been impressed by his performances.

However, Klopp is unlikely to complete signings this month and instead a summer move could be pursued.

Scotland international Forrest has 17 goals for club and country this season.

Chelsea eye Ake

Chelsea are considering re-signing Nathan Ake from Bournemouth at the end of the season.

Ake, 23, was sold to the Cherries for £20m in the summer of 2017 but canny Stamford Bridge chiefs inserted a buy-back clause.

According to The Sun, Chelsea can bring the Holland international back to the club for a £40m fee.

Chelsea signed Ake from Feyenoord in 2011 before sending him out on loan to Reading, Watford and Bournemouth.

Suarez wants Arsenal move

Denis Suarez is keen to join Arsenal but Barcelona want to insert a compulsory purchase clause in the deal.

That's according to Sky Sports' reporter Darmesh Sheth who says the deal is a 'goer' this month.

Sheth told the Transfer Talk podcast: "As it stands, we're talking about Arsenal only wanting loans. They want to bring Barcelona's Denis Suarez in on a loan move.

"They know each other very well, Emery and Suarez, he played under Emery in the 2014/15 season when he was on loan at Sevilla.

"Barcelona would, we think, be happy to do a deal, but provided it came with an obligation to buy Denis Suarez in the summer.

"We're told that Suarez wants to do the move and he's not getting much game time at Barcelona. He's just made his seventh appearance of the season.

"That's where it stands with that one, he wants to come as far as we're concerned. They're also linked, Arsenal, unsurprisingly with a guy called Eva Benega. Again, Sevilla.

"Emery described him as a very good player when he was asked about him and they know each other as well from their time in Spain.

"Banega, Suarez or maybe both? I think Suarez looks like a goer."
