Diego Maradona Undergoing Emergency Surgery After Being Rushed To Hospital With Stomach Bleed

Diego Maradona has reportedly been rushed to hospital after suffering from a stomach bleed.

The 58-year-old Argentine legend did not turn up for Dorados' training session, which is the team that he has managed since his appointment last year.

According to the Daily Mirror, he had been admitted to hospital after the internal bleeding in his stomach was spotted during a check-up.

It is also reported that the former Barcelona and Napoli star will be undergoing an endoscopy at a clinic in Olivos.

Local media report Diego Maradona has been admitted to hospital in Argentina after he was found to have internal bleeding in his stomach. He will undergo an endoscopy before he can return to Mexico, where he was due to go tomorrow for Dorados' next match against Celaya on Sunday
