Williams doubtful for Rochdale ahead of Blackpool clash

Rochdale will assess Jordan Williams ahead of the home clash with Blackpool.
He scored the opening goal in Dale’s 2-1 win at Southend on Saturday – their second victory in six matches – but was later forced off through injury.
Williams had been one of four changes made to Rochdale’s starting line-up by manager Keith Hill, with Brendan Moore, Daniel Adshead and Matty Gillam also coming in.
Kgosi Ntlhe returned as a second half substitute at Roots Hall and will hope to feature more prominently as the games come thick and fast.
Curtis Tilt is a doubt for Blackpool, while Joe Dodoo is almost certain to miss out.
Defender Tilt sustained a knock during the first half of the 1-0 defeat to Barnsley at the weekend and did not reappear after the interval.
Paudie O’Connor took Tilt’s place in the back three and is likely to start should he fail to recover.
Dodoo was sidelined with an ankle injury and this game is likely to come too soon, but boss Terry McPhillips confirmed Ollie Turton is “not too far off now” as he recovers from a hamstring problem.
