Plymouth defender Scott Wootton has returned to full training ahead of the clash against Accrington, the first of four matches in 11 days for the Pilgrims.
Wootton has been sidelined since picking up a thigh injury in September against Charlton.
Boss Derek Adams could also welcome back Ruben Lameiras after the midfielder returned to training following an illness.
Niall Canavan and Conor Grant remain on the long-term injury list.
Accrington could be boosted by the return of Andy Mangan and Harvey Rogers for the League One encounter as they look to avoid a fifth successive league defeat.
The pair had been sidelined through injury but are expected to be available.
Stanley will be looking for their first league win since beating Peterborough on October 20.
Manager John Coleman said he wants his side to stop making mistakes and to take chances in front of goal to improve their recent form.
