Jose Mourinho told at least one Man United player to stay away from Paul Pogba

Jose Mourinho was sacked by Manchester United on Tuesday following a poor start to the season.
The Portuguese manager was asked on Wednesday about his feelings but maintained that Manchester United was in his past.
"Man United has a future without me and I have a future without United. It's over," he told Sky Sports, per the Mirror.
"That's the way I've always been, I was critical of managers of other clubs who speak about what happened and who is to blame for, that's not me.
"I want to finish like it happened yesterday and I like to say it's game over. Manchester United is in the past."
One of the major talking points during his reign was his relationship with Paul Pogba.
There have been various reports in the past year suggesting that their relationship was extremely poor.
And ESPN have now detailed Mourinho's comments to players in the final weeks of his reign that show just how poor their relationship was.
They write that the Portuguese told at least one member of his squad to 'stay away' from the midfielder.
Although they fail to name the player involved, they report how he ordered one of his senior players, during a one-on-one meeting, to avoid being influenced by the France international.
The message was then relayed to the dressing room, where 90% of the players had lost all respect for him due to his critical treatment of them.
To be fair, that seems out of order from Mourinho.
To advise some of his senior figures to avoid Pogba is taking proceedings a step too far.
It's no wonder that Pogba has been reported to have 'high fived' his teammates after hearing of his sacking.
ESPN go on to confirm that many players in the dressing room were prepared to seek a move away from Old Trafford had Mourinho stayed.
It seems that sacking the Portuguese manager may have been the right thing to do.
