Brad Halliday doubtful as Cambridge host Bury

Defender Brad Halliday could be a doubt when Cambridge host Bury in League Two.

Halliday came off following a blow to his leg in last Saturday’s 3-1 loss at Oldham, with Louis John replacing him.

Midfielder Reggie Lambe is expected to be back in contention after being absent due to international duty with Bermuda.

Forward Barry Corr is a long-term absentee with an ankle injury.

Neil Danns is available for Bury after missing last week’s win over Stevenage while on international duty.

Midfielder Danns was due to return from Guyana on Thursday and will be assessed before kick-off.

On-loan Sheffield United forward Caolan Lavery has returned to training following a dislocated shoulder and could come into contention.

The free-scoring Shakers have won all four November games in all competitions, with striker Jermaine Beckford (knee) the only long-term absentee.
