David Goodwillie opened the scoring from the penalty spot after 14 minutes before an own goal from Craig Beattie doubled the lead in the 32nd minute.
Shortly after the task got tougher for the hosts when Jon-Paul McGovern was dismissed.
Ally Love wrapped up the victory in the 80th minute before Shane Sutherland got a consolation a minute from time.
Albion suffered a fifth straight defeat as they went down 2-0 at Berwick.
Daryl Healy got the first goal after 33 minutes and Paul Willis wrapped it up from the spot in the 66th minute.
Dominic Docherty’s strike 13 minutes from time rescued a 2-2 draw for Stirling at Annan.
Tony Wallace (20) gave Annan a half-time lead but Dylan Mackin levelled eight minutes after the break.
Ryan Sinnamon then scored 20 minutes from time to restore the advantage before Docherty struck.
