"You racists deserve only one thing: to live alone until death," Balotelli wrote on Instagram.
"You deserve to have nobody think of you, nobody to miss you and pass away without anyone to remember you.
"You are a sick part of the world. Tell me those things [to my face] personally and we will see you how you are without your mobile phone screen to protect you.
"Now, it is enough. We can't keep doing nothing to [combat] racism. Enough. This cannot be accepted."
Throughout his career, the Sicily-born star has received insults of a racist nature both on and off the field.
He has scored 138 goals throughout a career which has seen him line out for both Milan clubs as well as Manchester City and Liverpool.
