Alloa make Morton pay the penalty to claim second league win of season

Morton slipped out of the Scottish Championship play-off places following a 2-0 home defeat to third-bottom Alloa.
Former Ton player Alan Trouten and Iain Flannigan scored penalties in the final 17 minutes to secure Alloa’s first win in four outings.
Bob McHugh thought he had fired Morton ahead in the 28th minute, but Kerr Waddell was penalised for a foul on goalkeeper Neil Parry in the build-up.
Alloa were knocking on the door before Trouten slotted home his seventh goal of the season from the spot in the 73rd minute and, after the forward went off, Flannigan took over penalty duties to seal the win.
