Arter banned for Cardiff

Cardiff are without the suspended Harry Arter for the Premier League visit of Brighton.
The Republic of Ireland international serves a one-match ban for collecting five yellow cards.
Fellow midfielder Joe Ralls is available after completing a three-match suspension and recovering from a chipped bone in his knee.
Jazz Richards (hamstring) and Kenneth Zohore (calf) have joined Nathaniel Mendez-Laing (knee) and Lee Peltier (shoulder) on the sidelines, but striker Danny Ward is fit to start Neil Warnock’s 100th game as Bluebirds manager.
Alireza Jahanbakhsh is a major doubt for Brighton after suffering a minor hamstring strain during last weekend’s defeat to Everton and is likely to be unavailable.
Midfielders Pascal Gross and Davy Propper (both ankle) remain sidelined, while back-up goalkeeper David Button (knee) is expected to miss out.
