Alfreton without suspended James Clifton for Fleetwood clash

James Clifton is suspended when non-League Alfreton host League One Fleetwood in the FA Cup first round.
Sam Hird is being assessed due to a knee injury, while former Darlington striker Reece Styche, former Ashton forward Craig Hobson and ex-Southport midfielder David Lynch are cup tied.
Alfreton are enduring a seven-game winless run in Vanarama National League North, their only wins since September 1 coming in the FA Cup qualifying rounds.
The conquerors of Sutton Coldfield, Mickleover Sports and St Neots drew with Telford last weekend and must make at least one change to the starting line-up, which featured Lynch, while Styche and Hobson came off the substitutes’ bench.
Fleetwood could be without Ched Evans as the on-loan Sheffield United striker missed training in the lead-up to the tie as part of his legal dispute.
Evans had a 2012 rape conviction quashed before being cleared altogether at a retrial and now wants to recoup lost earnings.
Striker Evans has also struggled with a shoulder injury this season and boss Joey Barton plans to assess him ahead of the tie.
Conor McAleny, James Wallace (both hamstring), Dean Marney (leg), Ryan Taylor (shoulder) and all trained this week following injuries and could be in contention to feature.
