Jonathan Smith is available for Chesterfield when they face Billericay in the FA Cup.
Spireites boss Martin Allen has secured the signing of Smith from Stevenage on a permanent basis after seeing the midfielder score three goals in the last three games.
Four-goal striker Marc-Antoine Fortune will be hoping to return to the starting line-up after dropping to the bench in recent weeks.
Chesterfield won their first three matches of the season in the Vanarama National League but have yet to register a victory since and have drawn their last six games.
Billericay will be without striker Adam Coombes through suspension.
The former Chelsea youngster was sent off for two yellow cards in the 2-2 draw at Torquay last weekend.
Former Brighton winger Jake Robinson is fit following a spell out with a broken toe.
Town, currently top of the National League South, also have former Tottenham midfielder Jamie O’Hara in their squad.
