JOHN TERRY has become the latest player to be sketched in the style of a Simpsons character.

The Aston Villa coach, 37, has been immortalised in the style of Matt Groening's hit TV show along with his wife Toni and their children - adding to artist Stefano Monda's already burgeoning portfolio.

Toni  Terry was quick to express her delight at the sketch, saying on Instagram: "Absolutely love our  Simpsons characters."

The image features Toni, 37, and their two young children.

Last week we revealed his first batch of stars, with Ronaldinho and Luka Modric joined by the likes of Roberto Firmino and Neymar in Springfield.

Earlier this month, JT was announced as new coach at Villa Park - working under new chief Dean Smith following Steve Bruce's sacking.

Now the ex-Chelsea legend says he is prepared to serve a four-year apprenticeship before graduating as a top-class manager.

But Terry admits he flunked his first managerial test - by turning up for his first day in dazzling white boots.

Smith and Villa's players made him ditch them for a coach's regulation black pair - with his first set deemed far too flashy.

Terry confessed: "I had my boots on today and got a bit of stick because I was wearing white boots.

"The lads, the gaffer everyone gave me a bit of stick. I had to come over to the coaching staff and put a pair of black boots on!

"No, as far as playing is concerned, that is done. That is my previous life. This is a new chapter for me and something I am really looking forward to.

"It is an exciting challenge for me and something I have had in the back of my mind for the last four or five years as something I wanted to do when I finished playing.

"When I made that decision, having played here, and the experience I have here and the affiliation with the Villa fans, it was the right choice for me."

JT did make a fantastic first impression though... as he arrived for his first day on the job in the dark, with a 7am start.
