Defender Trevoh Chalobah should be fit for Ipswich’s home clash with QPR.
The Chelsea loanee returned from England Under-20 duty early after struggling to overcome a knock sustained in Town’s 3-2 win at Swansea, but boss Paul Hurst is confident he will be fit.
Luke Chambers will be monitored after illness swept the Ipswich camp during the international break, while Hurst revealed an unnamed player could miss out through injury.
Ellis Harrison, who has been out of action since suffering ankle ligament damage at the end of September, is making progress having ditched his protective boot.
Massimo Luongo and Tomer Hemed should be available to QPR boss Steve McClaren.
Luongo played 90 minutes for Australia as they beat Kuwait 4-0, while Hemed scored for Israel in their 2-0 Nations League victory over Albania.
Forward Eberechi Eze will be fresh after he was an unused substitute for England Under-20s in their 1-1 draw with the Czech Republic on Monday evening.
Defender Darnell Furlong came through 45 minutes of a friendly against West Ham unscathed as he edges closer to a return following knee surgery in July.
