Blackpool stretched their unbeaten run in League One to nine games with an entertaining 2-2 draw against Rochdale at Bloomfield Road.
First half goals from Jordan Thompson and Curtis Tilt, either side of a Ryan Delaney equaliser, looked to have sealed the victory for the hosts but a late header from substitute Calvin Andrew secured a point for Rochdale.
Both sides were quick out of the blocks in the first half, with the Seasiders ahead after just five minutes through Thompson.
The Northern Ireland international headed in at the near post from Marc Bola’s whipped cross, but Rochdale were level four minutes later as Delaney volleyed home from close range after Blackpool failed to clear Bradden Inman’s corner.
Terry McPhillips’ side re-established their lead on 29 minutes as Tilt rose highest to head home Jay Spearing’s corner.
The home side started the second half the brighter with Nathan Delfouneso and Ben Heneghan both going close with headed chances.
But Andrew had the final say, stooping low to head home Joe Rafferty’s cross on 86 minutes.
