Alex Samuel in line for first Wycombe start against Luton
Posted Friday, August 31, 2018 by PA
Alex Samuel could make his full Wycombe debut against Luton after appearing from the bench in the midweek Carabao Cup victory over Forest Green.
Winger Paris Cowan-Hall is also fit again and came on for the last 20 minutes of a game against Rovers that the Chairboys won on penalties.
Charlie Fox, 19, is a new option at left-back after joining on loan from QPR this week.
Defender Darius Charles (thigh) and striker Nathan Tyson (hamstring) remain sidelined.
Danny Hylton should be the only player to drop out of the Luton line-up.
The striker was forced off at half-time of the 3-2 victory over Shrewsbury due to a thigh injury and boss Nathan Jones is not prepared to deploy a “half fit” Hylton at Adams Park.
Alan McCormack (calf) remains absent and fellow midfielder Luke Berry is recovering from a dislocated ankle and fractured fibula.
The Hatters are targetting a third straight Sky Bet League One win.
