Neymar to Real Madrid: Los Blancos moved swiftly to deny the claims
The 26-year-old signed for the Ligue 1 champions for £200m from Barcelona last summer in a huge coup for the club.
Rumours have since abounded that Neymar is unhappy in France and wants to return to La Liga.
The forward has looked back to his best at the world cup, scoring twice so far to help Brazil reach the quarter-finals.
Real Madrid have been heavily linked with making a move for the ex-Barcelona man.
Spanish channel TVE claimed that Real had offered £275m for Neymar but the claims were quickly shot down.
A Real statement read: "The information issued tonight by TVE is outright false.
"Real Madrid has not made any kind of offer to PSG or the player.
"Real Madrid is surprised that Spanish public television has been able to broadcast absolutely false information without anyone contacting any of the parties to contrast the alleged information that could easily have been denied."
Neymar scored as Brazil beat Mexico 2-0 in the round of 16 clash.
Last season he scored 28 goals in 30 games for PSG in a season cut short by injury.
