Brazilian stopper is wanted

Now that Real Madrid have a new coach in place, all the transfer operations that were underway can start to accelerate, one of which includes bringing Roma custodian, Alisson, to the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.
One of the decisions that Zinedine Zidane refused to budge on was that of hiring a new goalkeeper, however, the Los Blancos hierarchy will ensure that this is now pushed through.
There are other interested clubs, namely Liverpool, that don't want to wait for the World Cup to finish and the player's value to rise even more as a result.
The Reds are willing to pay what Roma ask, and Alisson himself made it clear that he wants to solve his future before the World Cup starts.
Real are the Brazilian's priority, which means that Los Blancos have the advantage in the race to sign him, although they too won't wait for long either.
To compete with Keylor
Alisson knows that he would have to compete with Keylor Navas, but he thinks that he will get minutes with Julen Lopetegui.
Moreover, with the new coach, it's not so clear that Keylor will start with an advantage and the club they want, as with other positions, to have competition in goal.
Madrid know that bringing a top level goalkeeper will not come cheap, but they're not willing to pay more than 60 million euros for Alisson, who is one of several signings they want to close.
