Yeri Mina rules out Barcelona departure

Barcelona defender Yerry Mina has insisted that he is not considering a move away from the club and wants to demonstrate that he's good enough.
The Colombian international joined the Blaugrana in January from Brazilian side Palmeiras, allowing the club to replace the departed Javier Mascherano, who joined Chinese side Hebei China Fortune.
However, the youngster has featured in just six games in the 2017-18 season, but could have an opportunity to make an impact next season if the rumours about Samuel Umtiti's departure are true.
"Leaving Barcelona? It has not entered my thoughts," Mina told El Mundo Deportivo (according to Football Espana) in an interview.
"The truth is that I am happy here, I am happy winning trophies, I want to continue making history and to show the coach, the fans and everyone else that I am good enough.
"This is a different club than anywhere else because the demands are so high, you always need to win and nothing else is good enough, that challenge is beautiful.
"The football here is quicker than what I am used to, played with more intensity than it is in South America but I am sure I can adapt."
Barcelona are rumoured to be plotting a defensive overhaul in the summer with youngsters such as Ajax's Matthijs de Ligt and RB Leipzig's young French defender Dayot Upamecano rumoured to be in their sights.
Barca manager Ernesto Valverde is also looking to furnish his back-line with more experience, with Napoli's Senegal international Kalidou Koulibaly cited as a possible target.
