Peterhead remain top of the Ladbrokes League Two table after beating Berwick 3-1.
The Blue Toon went ahead after 32 minutes when Russell McLean fired in from close range.
And the visitors doubled their lead two minutes before the break when Jason Brown found the back of the net.
McLean grabbed his second in the 65th minute before Jack Hamilton slotted in a consolation for Berwick 12 minutes before the end.
But they still have Montrose breathing down their necks after they beat 10-man Stirling 5-0 to remain level on points with the leaders, with Lewis Milne scoring a hat-trick.
Montrose opened the scoring in the 27th minute through Martin Rennie before Darren Smith hit the woodwork eight minutes later as Stirling pushed for an equaliser.
Milne increased the visitors’ advantage in the 63rd minute before Stirling were reduced to 10 men two minutes later as Willie Robertson picked up a second booking.
Cammy Ballantyne made it 3-0 in the 75th minute before Milne got two more late on.
Elsewhere, Annan Athletic recorded a 4-1 victory over Elgin, while Stenhousemuir beat Edinburgh City by the same scoreline.
Basement club Cowdenbeath secured a much-needed 1-0 victory over Clyde, with Brad Smith scoring the only goal.
