Barcelona push to close deal for Man Utd fullback Shaw

Barcelona are stepping up their interest in Manchester United fullback Luke Shaw.

Shaw has failed to hold down a regular place under boss Jose Mourinho at Old Trafford.

Yet, incredibly, out-of- favour Shaw, 22, is first choice on Barca's summer wishlist — for a season-long loan, says The Sun.

The Spanish giants have allocated cash for Atletico Madrid forward Antoine Griezmann and the continued payments for Liverpool's Philippe Coutinho.

Shaw has been constantly criticised in public by Mourinho.
