Sam Hornby likely to start as Port Vale take on Crawley

Sam Hornby looks likely to start in goal for Port Vale on Saturday when they host Crawley.
Hornby replaced Ryan Boot after 23 minutes at Crewe on Monday after Boot made a mistake for the hosts’ opening goal in the 2-2 draw and looked nervous before limping off.
Midfielder Danny Pugh will serve the second game of a three-match ban for his red card in the home win against Chesterfield.
Vale have lost just one of their last eight matches and victory would provide a huge step towards securing their Football League status.
Crawley are already assured of League Two football again next season, despite not winning any of their last seven games.
Harry Kewell’s side halted a run of three straight defeats with a draw at play-off hopefuls Swindon earlier this week and the Reds boss is unlikely to make many changes to his team.
Defender Joe McNerney will be hoping to get back into the starting line-up after having to settle for a place on the bench for the last two fixtures.
Crawley’s only injury concern is Thomas Verheydt as he continues to recover from a knee problem.
