Aldershot maintained their push for automatic promotion back to the Football League with a hard-fought 2-1 win at home to struggling Hartlepool.
The Shots grabbed a first-half lead through Scott Rendell but it was cancelled out by a crashing long-range effort by visiting substitute Blair Adams moments before the break.
Conor Newton came close to giving Hartlepool the lead when his shot in the box was blocked, with visiting appeals for handball waved away by the referee.
And it got worse for Hartlepool when Manny Oyeleke sealed the points for the home side when he squeezed a 60th-minute effort past keeper Scott Loach.
