Jan Kirchhoff in line for Bolton debut against Preston

Bolton could have Jan Kirchhoff in their squad against Preston at the Macron Stadium.
The ex-Sunderland midfielder last played a competitive senior game in December 2016 but featured for Wanderers’ under-23s earlier this week.
Josh Vela and Reece Burke (both ankle) trained fully on Thursday so should bolster boss Phil Parkinson’s options.
Mark Little and Karl Henry are still suspended but will be available for selection again against Reading on Tuesday.
Daniel Johnson and Tom Clarke will be assessed by Preston’s medical staff.
Midfielder Johnson has missed North End’s past two games with a bout of concussion but was back in training this week and he could get the all-clear.
The Lilywhites have been without club captain Clarke for four successive fixtures due to a knock and he is once more doubtful.
Darnell Fisher completes a two-match suspension triggered by his 10th yellow card of the season while Sean Maguire (hamstring) is still out.
