Suspended Lewis Travis missing for Blackburn

Blackburn will be without youngster Lewis Travis through suspension for their Sky Bet League One clash with Bury on Monday.

The 20-year-old defender received a straight red card for a late tackle in the closing stages of Tuesday’s victory at Portsmouth.

Fellow defender Ryan Nyambe is expected to be fit despite being withdrawn in midweek following a blow to the chest.

Marcus Antonsson and Ben Gladwin are both back in training but are unlikely to be considered yet as they work up towards match fitness. Peter Whittingham and Harry Chapman are definitely out.

Bury centre-back Nathan Cameron will come back into contention after being rested for Tuesday’s 0-0 draw with Southend.

Cameron, who was replaced by Adam Thompson, has not played twice in quick succession all season due to a long-standing knee problem.

Winger Danny Mayor will hope to overcome the illness that kept him out in midweek but midfielder Neil Danns (calf) remains doubtful.

The Shakers remain without long-term absentees Craig Jones (thigh), Jermaine Beckford (knee) and Eoghan O’Connell (ruptured ligaments).
