Midfielder Massimo Luongo could return for QPR

QPR could have midfielder Massimo Luongo available for the Sky Bet Championship match against Bolton.

Midfielder Luongo is back in training after missing the last two games through illness and a minor knee problem.

Forward Paul Smyth (thigh) could also be in contention after his injury lay-off, but midfielder Ryan Manning is in the middle of a three-match suspension.

Full-back Darnell Furlong (groin), forward Idrissa Sylla (calf) and defender Grant Hall (knee) all continue their rehabilitation. Jamie Mackie (back) and David Wheeler (ankle) are both long-term absentees.

Bolton may have captain Darren Pratley in line for an unexpected early return.

Midfielder Pratley  suffered a cracked fibula during the match against Hull on New Year’s Day, but returned to full training earlier this week.

Bolton boss Phil Parkinson made three changes for the defeat at Cardiff on Tuesday night, when defender Reece Burke, midfielder Filipe Morais and forward forward Adam Le Fondre all came into the starting XI.

Midfielder Craig Noone, who has missed the past three matches, continues to be assessed due to a knee problem.
